NFO Omega-3 Balance delivers a concentrated source of marine omega-3 fatty acids in a convenient mini softgel format, making daily intake straightforward and easy to maintain. Each serving of two softgels provides 1000 mg of high-quality fish oil sourced from anchovy, mackerel, and sardine — small, sustainably harvested fish known for their naturally rich omega-3 content.
Each serving supplies 180 mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and 120 mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are authorised health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
