Life Extension Mega EPA/DHA EU delivers a concentrated source of omega-3 fatty acids in a convenient softgel form. Each daily serving of two softgels provides 2000 mg of highly refined fish oil concentrate, yielding 720 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 480 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) — two of the most researched long-chain omega-3s available.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, while both EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are authorised health claims recognised by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). The fish oil is sourced from wild anchovy and undergoes a high-refinement process to ensure purity and quality.
To support freshness and palatability, each softgel is flavoured with natural lemon and protected against oxidation with rosemary extract. The capsule shell is made from fish gelatine (tilapia), making this product suitable for pescatarians. With 120 softgels per pack, this product provides a full 60-day supply at the recommended daily serving.
