EPA Xtra is supplied in soft gel form, with 60 soft gels per container. A serving of 2 soft gels provides 20 calories, 2.0 g total fat, 1640 mg total omega-3s, of which 1060 mg is EPA, 320 mg is DHA, and 260 mg is other omega-3s.
The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines), soft gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, natural lemon flavor), natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol (antioxidant), and rosemary extract (a natural preservative).
