Mutant Mass Extreme 2500 is a powder supplied in a 9070g pack, stated on the label to provide approximately 31 servings. Each serving size is 4 scoops (285g), typically mixed with 480ml of water.

The ingredient list is built around a carbohydrate blend of maltodextrin, waxy maize starch and sweet potato, along with a whey protein blend consisting of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein from milk. It also contains a lipid foods blend of fractionated MCT coconut oil, avocado and pumpkin seed, thickeners including defatted soybean, pea and guar gum, ascorbic acid, and cookie crumbs made from tapioca starch, rice flour, sugar, cocoa processed with alkali, palm oil, salt, chocolate liquor, natural flavor and sodium bicarbonate. The label also lists natural and artificial flavors, natural cream flavor, sunflower and/or soy lecithin, sucralose, silicon dioxide, an enzyme blend of lactase and protease, cinnamon extract and tart cherry at 2% or less.

Per serving of 285g mixed with water, the product provides 1070 kcal, 30g of protein, 231g of total carbohydrate, 2.5g of total fat, 45mg of cholesterol, 220mg of sodium, 150mg of calcium, 1.5mg of iron, 535mg of potassium and 20mg of vitamin C. The label states it contains milk, soy and tree nut (coconut), and may contain traces of nuts.
