ZMA - 120 caps

ZMA is supplied in capsule form, with 120 capsules per container. The formulation is 87.4% ZMA, made up of zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate (L-OptiZinc®), zinc L-aspartate, magnesium salts of citric acid, magnesium oxide and pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), together with magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent.

The capsule shell is made from gelatine. A daily portion for men (3 capsules) provides 30 mg zinc, 450 mg magnesium and 10.50 mg vitamin B6, while a daily portion for women (2 capsules) provides 20 mg zinc, 300 mg magnesium and 7.00 mg vitamin B6.

It is manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, egg, peanuts, nuts, fish and crustacean ingredients.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
