Description

This mushroom complex is supplied in tablet form, with 90 vegan tablets per pack. Each tablet contains reishi, chaga, shiitake, maitake, cordyceps, shaggy mane and oyster mushroom extracts at 18.75 mg each, alongside lion's mane extract at 15 mg. A daily serving of two tablets provides 37.5 mg of each of the first seven extracts and 30 mg of lion's mane extract, equivalent to 150 mg of each mushroom.

The tablets also contain microcrystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate as bulking agents, with magnesium salts of fatty acids used as an anti-caking agent. No allergens are declared on the label, and the product is stated to be free from dairy, gluten and wheat.

Mandatory information

Take 2 tablets daily with water, preferably with a meal. 90 tablets = 45-day supply.
