Description

This product is Norwegian cod liver oil supplied in softgel form, packed as 150 + 30 softgels for a total of 180 softgels per container. Each serving of 2 softgels provides 2000 mg of Norwegian cod liver oil, containing 460 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, made up of 160 mg EPA (EU label) / 170 mg (US label) and 200 mg DHA. Each serving also provides 90 µg RAE of vitamin A, 4 µg / 160 IU of vitamin D3, and 2.7 mg / 4 IU of vitamin E.

The ingredients are Norwegian cod liver oil (from cod), retinyl palmitate, cholecalciferol and D-alpha-tocopherol, with a softgel shell made from beef gelatin, glycerin and water, and natural lemon flavor. The label states the product contains fish (cod).
