Per serving it provides approximately 118 kcal, 23.7 g protein, 3.5 g carbohydrates (of which 2.0 g sugars), 1.7 g fat (of which 1.0 g saturates), 0.7 g fibre, 0.15 g sodium and 4.5 g BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine).

The product contains milk, from whey protein concentrate and dried whole milk, and may contain traces of soy. It is suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Mandatory information
