Description
VO2 Boost is supplied in tablet form, with 60 tablets per container. The label states a serving size of 4 tablets, giving 20 servings per container.
Each serving provides L-arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate 2000 mg, L-citrulline malate 1000 mg, Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract 100 mg, iron 4.20 mg, vitamin C 26.40 mg and vitamin B1 2.20 mg. Other ingredients listed are microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol, magnesium stearate, L-ascorbic acid, microencapsulated iron AB-Fortis® (ferric saccharate, calcium alginate carrier) and thiamine hydrochloride.

Mandatory information
Activity duration up to 60 minutes: 2 tablets approx. 45 min. before the start of the physical activity. Activity duration greater than 60 minutes: 2 tablets 45 min. before the start and 2 tablets halfway during the physical activity. A maximum daily dose is 4 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Use: Gradually swallow the tablets with a sufficient amount of water, according to the recommended dosage. Do not chew the tablets!
