Mandatory information

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. 1–5 years of age: use 1 spray a day. 6–12 years of age: use 2 sprays a day, taken together or separately. 11–14 years of age: use 3 sprays a day, taken together or separately. 15–17 years of age: use 4 sprays a day, taken together or separately. 18+ years of age: use 5 sprays a day, taken together or separately.

  • Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
  • Keep out of reach of young children.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
