Description

This is a powder supplied in a 248 g (8.7 oz) pack, stated on the label as 42 servings, with a serving size of 1 rounded scoop (approx. 5.6 g). It is flavored Blue Ice Pop.

Each serving provides 185 mg of choline (as choline bitartrate), together with a Metabolic and Stimulant Complex of 1500 mg (Acetyl L-Carnitine 750 mg and L-Carnitine Tartrate 750 mg), 200 mg caffeine anhydrous, and a 150 mg Metabolic Herbal Extract Blend containing green tea leaf extract, oolong tea leaf extract, black tea leaf extract, coffee bean extract, white tea leaf extract and Coleus forskohlii root extract. The formula also includes a Nootropic & Thyroid Complex made up of a 1000 mg Tyrosine Blend (N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine 500 mg and L-Tyrosine 500 mg), L-Taurine 1000 mg, Choline Bitartrate 500 mg, Phosphatidylserine (SerinAid) 10 mg and Huperzine A 1% 1 µg, plus a Water Shredding Complex of Dandelion Powder (root) 100 mg and Uva Ursi Powder 100 mg. Other listed ingredients are citric acid, inulin, natural & artificial blue ice pop flavors, malic acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, acesulfame potassium and blue #1 lake.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 rounded scoop with 8–10 oz of your beverage of choice. Take 1 serving upon waking and another serving 4–6 hours later. Each serving should be taken on an empty stomach just prior to a meal. Stay well hydrated while on the product. Follow 3 weeks on, 1 week off cycle. After the week off, you can run it again. For optimal results, combine with a proper cutting diet.
