Description

Inositol is supplied in vegetable capsule form, with 100 vegetable capsules per container. Each capsule provides 500 mg of inositol.

The capsule shell is made from vegetable cellulose, with vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid and silica among the other ingredients. The label states the product is free of gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, dairy, soy, sodium and preservatives.

It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, and is gluten free and lactose free.
