Description
Regener, Red Fresh is a powder supplied in a 450 g pack, providing 6 servings at 75 g per serving. Each serving contains 1187 kJ / 279 kcal, 0 g fat, of which 0 g saturated fatty acids, and approximately 62 g carbohydrates described as quickly digestible.
The ingredients are maltodextrin, glucose, L-glutamine, L-leucine, acidity regulator citric acid, magnesium citrate, potassium gluconate, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-arginine, anti-caking agent calcium phosphate, red beetroot concentrate, L-ascorbic acid, flavouring, thickener carrageenan, sodium chloride, DL-α-tocopheryl-acetate, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, Ginkgo biloba extract (24% of flavones), colouring agent beta-carotene, and organically bound selenium from yeast. Per serving, the label states 2000 mg of L-glutamine and 3000 mg of BCAA in a ratio of L-leucine to L-isoleucine to L-valine of 2:1:1.
The label states that the product may contain traces of soya and milk protein.

Mandatory information
Mix 75 g in 450 ml of water and drink in portions over 20–30 minutes immediately after physical exercise. Wash down the content with another 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 1 measuring scoop = 30 g.
