Raw Nutrition's CBUM Essential Pre-Workout is a straightforward, no-nonsense pre-training powder developed in collaboration with Classic Physique champion Chris Bumstead. Formulated with a focused selection of key ingredients at meaningful serving sizes.

Each scoop delivers 4,000 mg of L-Citrulline, 3,200 mg of Beta-Alanine, 2,000 mg of L-Tyrosine, 1,000 mg of Taurine, and 200 mg of Natural Caffeine sourced from Green Coffee Bean Extract — all in one convenient, mixable powder. Pink Himalayan Salt contributes to the sodium content.

Available in the vibrant Red White 'N Bum flavour, this pre-workout powder mixes easily with water or your preferred beverage and is intended to be consumed approximately 20–30 minutes before exercise. With approximately 30 servings per 266 g container, it is a practical and consistent addition to your pre-training routine.

Ingredients

Ingredients L-Citrulline (4,000 mg), Beta-Alanine (3,200 mg), L-Tyrosine (2,000 mg), Taurine (1,000 mg), Natural Caffeine from Green Coffee Bean Extract (200 mg), Pink Himalayan Salt (200 mg), Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate, Sucralose, Beet Root Powder (color). Note: The Red White 'N Bum flavour may also include Beta-Carotene and Beet Root Powder (color) as color agents.

Mandatory information

Mix one (1) scoop with 8–12 fl oz (225–350 ml) of water or your preferred beverage. Consume 20–30 minutes before exercise. Start with one (1) scoop to assess tolerance. Do not use more than two (2) scoops per day.
