This is a powder supplied in a 225g pack, providing 15 servings of 15 g (1/2 scoop) each. Each serving contains 5000 mg of L-citrulline malate, 3000 mg of beta-alanine, 2000 mg of glycerol monostearate, 1000 mg of L-tyrosine, 284 mg of taurine, 300 mg of Bacopa monnieri extract, 500 mg of Withania somnifera extract (5% withanolides) and 2 mg of black pepper extract (95% piperine), along with 200 mg of choline and 200 mg of sodium.

The ingredient list also includes anti-caking agents silicon dioxide and calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, flavouring, sweeteners sucralose and steviol-glycosides, colouring Brilliant blue FCF, and the added vitamins nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, thiamine hydrochloride and cyanocobalamin. Per serving these vitamins provide 2.20 mg thiamin (200% Nutrient Reference Value), 32 mg niacin (200% Nutrient Reference Value), 12 mg pantothenic acid (200% Nutrient Reference Value) and 2.50 µg vitamin B12 (100% Nutrient Reference Value).
