This probiotic is supplied in capsule form, with 60 capsules per pack, giving 30 servings at 57g total net content. Each serving of 2 capsules provides a blend of bacterial strains: Saccharomyces Boulardii, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Longum, Bifidobacterium Infantis, Lactobacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Bifidobacterium Breve and Bifidobacterium Bifidum, together totalling 10 x 10^9 CFU.

Other ingredients include fructo-oligosaccharides, rice flour as a bulking agent, silica and magnesium stearate as an anti-caking agent. The capsule shell is HPMC, a vegetarian capsule shell.
