OSTROVIT Diet Rice Konjac is a low-calorie alternative to traditional rice, made primarily from water and konjac powder. With just 6 kcal per 100 g, virtually zero fat, zero carbohydrates and zero sugar, it fits comfortably into calorie-conscious eating plans without compromising on volume or satisfaction.
The key ingredient is konjac glucomannan, a natural dietary fibre sourced from the konjac plant. Its naturally neutral flavour makes it an extremely versatile kitchen ingredient.
