Description

This is a powder supplied in a 500g pack, stated on the label as 50 servings. Each 10g serving provides 4000 mg of L-glutamine, 2000 mg of L-leucine, 1000 mg of L-isoleucine and 1000 mg of L-valine, giving a BCAA total of 4000 mg in a 2:1:1 ratio.

The ingredients are L-glutamine, L-leucine, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavors, and sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K). Energy content is approximately 20 kcal per 10 g serving, with no added sugar and low-energy sweeteners used.

The product is manufactured in a facility using ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Mandatory information

Mix a 10 g portion (2.5 scoops) in 100–150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two servings a day, one immediately after waking up, the second serving after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking up.
