Description

Omega-3D is supplied as soft gel capsules, with 60 soft gels per container and 30 servings of 2 soft gels each. Each serving provides 690 mg of total omega-3s, including 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA, along with vitamin D3 at 25 µg (1000 IU) per serving.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil from anchovies and sardines, a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, water, glycerin and natural lemon flavor, additional natural lemon flavor, d-alpha tocopherol, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol in olive oil), and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.

The label states this product contains fish (anchovies, sardines) and is lactose free.
