Description
This is a powder supplied in a 12 oz (340 g) pack. Each serving is 1 level tablespoon (9 g), providing 30 calories, 8 g of total carbohydrate, 7 g of dietary fiber (6 g soluble, 1 g insoluble), 10 mg of sodium and 9 g of psyllium husk powder.
The ingredient declaration lists psyllium (seed husk) as the only ingredient. The label notes it may contain traces of sesame and is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
