Description

N1 Pro Pre-Workout, Sour Mango is a powder supplied in a 300g pack, giving approximately 30 servings of 10 g. It is mixed with a liquid before use.

Each 10 g serving provides 2500 mg of L-citrulline malate, 1750 mg of beta-alanine, 1500 mg of creatine monohydrate, 500 mg of glycerol monostearate, 500 mg of taurine, 250 mg of L-tyrosine, 100 mg of choline and 115 mg of caffeine. A 20 g serving provides double these amounts: 5000 mg of L-citrulline malate, 3500 mg of beta-alanine, 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate, 1000 mg of glycerol monostearate, 1000 mg of taurine, 500 mg of L-tyrosine, 200 mg of choline and 230 mg of caffeine. The full ingredient list also includes inulin, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, green tea extract (30% EGCG), L-ascorbic acid, flavouring, acidity regulator citric acid, nicotinamide, sweeteners sucralose and steviol glycosides, cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, and black pepper extract (95% piperine) – BioPerine®.

The label states that the product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism.

Mandatory information

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive sportsmen – mix a serving of 10 g with 150 ml of water. Above 75 kg body weight and for highly advanced training – mix a serving of 20 g with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 1/3 measuring scoop = approx. 10 g; 2/3 measuring scoop = approx. 20 g.
