Nutrend N1 Pre-Workout in the flavour Tropical Candy is a pre-workout powder formulated with active ingredients for use before intense training sessions. Each 255 g tub provides up to 30 servings, making it a practical and flexible addition to any serious training routine.

The formula combines key active ingredients — including L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Beta-Alanine, a Creatine mix, L-Tyrosine and Caffeine — with a supportive blend of B vitamins, Vitamin C, Ginseng extract and Bioperine® black pepper extract. The dosage can be adjusted according to body weight and training intensity, with either an 8.5 g or 17 g serving per occasion.

The fresh Tropical Candy flavour makes the powder easy to mix in water, and the sugar-free formula (when prepared as directed) suits athletes who are careful about their carbohydrate intake. Whether you're preparing for a strength session or an endurance session, Nutrend's N1 Pre-Workout is designed to complement your training preparation.

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes: mix 8.5 g (1/4 scoop) in 150 ml water. Over 75 kg body weight or for very advanced training: mix 17 g (1/2 scoop) in 300 ml water. Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Food supplement with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (200 mg per serving of 17 g; 100 mg per serving of 8.5 g) – not suitable for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Designed specifically for adult athletes. Does not replace a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. At the recommended dilution ratio, the drink is sugar-free (<0.5 g/100 ml drink).
