Each 2-tablet serving supplies Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene from Food Blend) 1170 µg, Vitamin C (from Food Blend) 100 mg, Vitamin D3 (from Lichen) 25 µg, Vitamin E (from Food Blend) 19.50 mg, Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) 20 µg, Thiamin 1.56 mg, Riboflavin 1.95 mg, Niacin 18.40 mg, Vitamin B6 9.35 mg, Folate (DFE) 400 µg, Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin from Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 12 µg, Biotin 135 µg, Pantothenic Acid 7 mg, Iodine 150 µg, Zinc 11 mg, Selenium 71.50 µg, Manganese 0.80 mg and Chromium 70 µg.

These nutrients are delivered from an Organic Food Blend of 818 mg per serving, made up of a wide range of organic fruits, vegetables and herbs including Sesbania grandiflora leaf, Apple, Emblic (Amla) extract, Sea Kelp, Guava, Holy Basil leaf, Annatto, Lemon peel, Moringa leaf, Agaricus bisporus mushroom, Strawberry, Cherry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Beet, Broccoli, Carrot, Spinach, Tomato, Green Bell Pepper, Brussels Sprout, Ginger, Garlic, Green Onion, Parsley, Cauliflower, Red Cabbage, Asparagus, Celery, Cucumber and Kale. The tablets are formed using the Clean Tablet Technology Blend, consisting of Organic Tapioca Dextrose, Organic Gum Arabic, Organic Brown Rice concentrate and extract, Organic Potato Starch, and an Organic Coating of Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin, Organic Sunflower Lecithin, Organic Palm Oil and Organic Guar Gum.

The label states the product is free of magnesium stearate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide, carnauba wax, talc, artificial flavorings, sweeteners, coatings, preservatives, and corn-derived ingredients, and is made without dairy, soy, peanut, tree nuts, or shellfish ingredients. It is manufactured in a facility that also processes soy, dairy, peanut, tree nuts, and shellfish.
