Description

Mutant Mass, Triple Chocolate is a powder supplied in a 2270g pack, providing 16 servings of 140g (2 scoops) each. It is mixed with a liquid to prepare a drink.

The ingredients include a carbohydrate blend of waxy maize starch, maltodextrin, barley starch, sweet potato and oat flakes, along with the Mutant Mass Pro-Matrix, a combination of whey protein concentrate, whey protein hydrolysate, whey protein isolate, micellar casein protein, milk protein concentrate and milk protein isolate. A dietary lipid blend of fractionated coconut oil (MCT), avocado, flaxseed, pumpkin seed and sunflower oil is also included, together with thickeners (defatted soy, peas, guar gum), cocoa, natural and artificial flavors, salt, silicon dioxide, sucralose, sunflower lecithin, an enzyme blend of lactase and protease, cinnamon extract (Cinnulin PF®), and tart cherry.

Each serving provides 1100 calories, 12g total fat, 192g total carbohydrate and 56g protein. The label states the product contains milk (whey) and soy (lecithin), and is produced in a facility that also handles ingredients from fish (collagen).

Mandatory information

Using a blender: Healthy adults only: mix 1 serving (140g) with 8–20 fl oz (240–600 ml) of cold water, milk or other beverage and blend to desired consistency. Using a shaker cup: Healthy adults only: mix 1 serving (140g) with 8–24 fl oz (240–720 ml) of cold water, milk or other beverage and shake to desired consistency. Always add liquid first, then add Mutant Mass. You may use up to 2 servings per day. On training days, take 1 serving (4 scoops) immediately after workout. On non-training days, take 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops in the afternoon.
