This multivitamin and mineral formula is supplied in softgel form, with 120 softgels per container. The label states a serving size of 2 softgels, giving 60 servings per container.

Each 2-softgel serving provides Vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 3000 µg RAE, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 300 mg, Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 10 µg, Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) 134 mg, Thiamin 50 mg, Riboflavin 50 mg, Niacin 60 mg NE, Vitamin B-6 50 mg, Folate 670 µg DFE, Vitamin B-12 50 µg, Biotin 300 µg, Pantothenic acid 50 mg, Choline 50 mg, Calcium 200 mg, Iodine 150 µg, Magnesium 100 mg, Zinc 15 mg, Selenium 200 µg, Copper 2 mg, Manganese 10 mg, Chromium 120 µg, Molybdenum 75 µg, and Potassium 32 mg, along with Sunflower Lecithin 80 mg, Inositol 50 mg, PABA, Boron, Silica and Vanadium.

The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerin, purified water and carob (glycerin, caramel color, carob extract). Other ingredients are medium-chain triglycerides (from palm oil), potassium chloride, beeswax and canola oil. The label states the product contains sulfites, may contain soy, and contains a bioengineered food ingredient.
