Swanson's Multi with Iron – Century Formula is a comprehensive daily multivitamin and mineral tablet delivering 24 essential nutrients in a single, convenient dose. Formulated to support a broad range of normal physiological functions, it combines fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K with the full B-vitamin complex, vitamin C, and a carefully selected suite of minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine and selenium.

Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Riboflavin, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
