Description

MCT Oil is a liquid supplied in a 946 ml (32 fl oz) pack, with about 63 servings per container. Each serving of 1 tablespoon (15 mL) provides 14 g of MCT Oil (Medium-Chain Triglycerides), derived from coconut/palm kernel oil, consisting of 50% Caprylic Acid (C8) and 30% Capric Acid (C10).

The label lists no other ingredients besides the MCT Oil itself. Each serving contains 100 calories, 14 g of total fat and 14 g of saturated fat.

The product is not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or sesame ingredients, though it is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Mandatory information

Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily. MCT oil can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces or cooking. Not recommended for use in frying due to low smoke point.
