MARINEX BioMarine Medical Immuno & Neuro Lipids is a premium Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) formulated from a carefully selected combination of deep-sea shark liver oil, sardine, anchovy, mackerel, herring, tuna, and Alaskan cod liver oil. Each serving of 5 softgel capsules delivers a rich and complex profile of marine lipids — including DHA, EPA, DPA, and the rare HPA — alongside naturally occurring alkylglycerols, squalene, nervonic acid, and trace amounts of vitamins A and D3. This unique multi-source formulation is designed to provide a broad spectrum of bioactive marine compounds in a single, convenient softgel format.
The product brings together four proprietary marine oil blends: BioMarine® from deep-sea shark liver (South West Pacific Ocean and Tasman Sea), BioCardine® Omega-3 from sardine, anchovy and mackerel muscle oil (South Pacific Ocean), BioNeuro® Omega-3 from anchovy, herring and tuna muscle oil (Indian Ocean and Western Pacific Ocean), and OLAVA® Alaskan cod liver oil (Bering Sea).
Presented as easy-to-swallow softgels with a natural blueberry flavour and stabilised with mixed tocopherols (vitamin E), MARINEX BioMarine Medical Immuno & Neuro Lipids is intended for dietary management of adults and children weighing over 10 kg. As a Food for Special Medical Purposes, this product should be used under medical supervision. Each pack contains 60 capsules (62.4 ml net content), representing up to a 12-day supply at the maximum recommended daily serving of 5 capsules.

Additional ingredients: flavourings – natural blueberry flavour; antioxidants – mixed tocopherols (E306). Capsule shell: gelling agent – gelatin (E441); humectant – glycerol (E422); water.
Mandatory information
Intended for dietary management of adults and children weighing over 10 kg. Unless otherwise recommended by a doctor or nutritionist, divide the daily amount into portions not exceeding 5 ml (5 capsules), consumed 15–20 minutes before meals at regular intervals throughout the day. The daily portion is calculated based on ideal body weight (BMI). Hold capsules in the mouth for several seconds before swallowing. Take with a small amount of water; do not take with citrus juice. A minimum interval of one hour should be maintained between consumption of fish oil-based products and citrus or citrus juice.
