Description

Magnesium Bisglycinate is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 125 mg of magnesium, equivalent to 33% of the Nutrient Reference Value.

The magnesium is provided as buffered magnesium bisglycinate, made up of magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium oxide and citric acid. The capsule shell is a hard gelatine capsule made from bovine gelatine with iron oxide as a colour. The remaining ingredients are maltodextrin as a bulking agent, and magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide as anti-caking agents.

The label states the product may contain traces of fish, crustaceans and/or milk.

Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
