Each serving contains D-Glucosamine Sulfate (shellfish free) 1500 mg, MethylSulfonylMethane (MSM) 1000 mg, Collagen Type II 65% (from Chicken Sternum Cartilage, KollaGen II-xs) 1000 mg, Chondroitin Sulfate 500 mg, L-Proline 300 mg, L-Lysine (as L-Lysine Hydrochloride) 200 mg, Hyaluronic Acid (from Chicken Sternum Cartilage Sodium Hyaluranate) 125 mg, Cat's Claw Powder (Uncaria tomentosa)(bark) 50 mg, Turmeric Extract (95% Curcuminoids)(Curcuma longa)(root) 25 mg and Black Pepper Extract (Piper nigrum)(fruit)(Bioperine) 5 mg.

The capsule shell and other ingredients include gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, rice flour, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. The label states this product contains chicken (sternum cartilage), and notes that the glucosamine used is shellfish free. It may be manufactured in a facility that processes other allergens.

Mandatory information

Take 8 capsules by mouth once daily. Optional: You may take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules in the evening.
