Description

Iso Surge, Triple Chocolate is a powder supplied in a 2270g (5 lbs) container, with approximately 70–71 servings per container. Each serving is one scoop (32 g), providing 120 kcal, 25 g protein, 1 g total fat, and 2 g total carbohydrates, of which 1.5 g are sugars. The label also lists 16.3 g of EAAs plus glutamates and 5.5 g of BCAAs per serving.

The ingredients include whey protein isolate and whey protein hydrolysate (both from milk), cocoa processed with alkali, and mini chocolate chips made from sugar, palm kernel oil, cocoa powder, soy lecithin and sorbitan tristearate. The formula also contains natural and artificial flavors, natural cream flavor, MCT oil (fractionated coconut oil), salt, potassium citrate, guar gum, sucralose, lecithin from sunflower and/or soy, silicon dioxide, lactase, protease, Rebaudioside-A (from stevia leaf extract), and sunflower lecithin.

The product contains milk and soy, and is manufactured in a facility that also processes ingredients from wheat, eggs, peanuts, and hazelnuts.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop (approximately 32 g) with 150–250 mL (6–8 fl oz) of cold water or milk. Consume post-workout or anytime to meet daily protein requirements. For high-volume training, up to 2–3 servings per day.
