Description

Iso-FUJI, Gourmet Chocolate is a powder supplied in a 700g pack, providing 23 servings of 30 g (3 scoops) each. Per daily portion of 30 g it provides 107 kcal, 0.2 g fat, 0.4 g carbohydrates, 0.3 g fibre, 26 g protein and 0.15 g salt, along with 0.42 mg vitamin B6 (30% Nutrient Reference Value).

The ingredients are whey proteins isolated by cross-flow microfiltration (Volactive® UltraWhey XP instant Sunflower), containing emulsifiers sunflower lecithin and soy lecithin, low-fat cocoa powder, flavourings, the sweetener sucralose, bromelain 2500 GDU/g (30 mg per daily dose), and vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

The label states it contains milk (whey) and soy (soy lecithin), and is gluten free.

Mandatory information

Mix 3 scoops (30 g) in 250 ml of water and take once a day, between main meals or one hour before training. It can also be taken after training or competitions. The volume of water used in the preparation can be increased at will to obtain the desired density and intensity of flavour.
