Description

Iso Plus, Lemon is a powder supplied in a 1505 g pack, stated to provide approximately 86 servings of 17.5 g each. It is mixed with water, with the label giving nutrition information for 17.5 g powder combined with 250 ml water.

The ingredient list includes sugar, maltodextrins, glucose and fructose, along with acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), mineral components such as sodium chloride and calcium and magnesium salts of orthophosphoric acid, and thickeners including gum arabic, xanthan gum and sodium carboxymethylcellulose. It also contains 1.1% L-glutamine, 0.4% L-carnitine L-tartrate, and 0.23% vitamins including vitamin C, vitamin E, niacin, biotin, vitamin A, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin D, folate, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin B12. Sweeteners used are acesulfame K, sucralose and cyclamates, and colours include riboflavin, beta-carotene, carmine, and E 133 and E 150d depending on flavour.

Mandatory information

Dissolve 1 serving (17.5 g powder = 1.5 scoops) in 250 ml of water using a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume during training. Recommended: 1 serving per day during exercise. Use as required, especially during competitions, intensive training and demanding physical labour.
