Description

Iron Complex is a comprehensive iron supplement delivering 27 mg of elemental iron per tablet, sourced from Ferrochel™ Ferrous Bisglycinate — a chelated form of iron. Each serving is carefully formulated to provide iron alongside key cofactors, making it a thoughtful addition to a balanced daily routine.

The formula is enriched with Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Folate, and Vitamin B-12. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B-12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal red blood cell formation.

Rounded out with Organic Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) root and Red Raspberry leaf, this vegetarian-friendly tablet offers a thoughtfully blended profile in a convenient once-daily format. With 100 tablets per pack, a single purchase provides a full 100-day supply.

Ingredients Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 50 mg, Folate 340 µg DFE (200 µg folic acid), Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 50 µg, Iron (elemental) (from 135 mg Ferrous Bisglycinate) (Ferrochel™) 27 mg, Organic Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) (Rhizome/Root) 100 mg, Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) (Leaf) 100 mg. Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Maltodextrin (non-GMO), Silicon Dioxide and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Vegetarian Coating: Hypromellose (cellulose), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Sunflower Lecithin, Triethyl Citrate, Sunflower Oil.
