Description
BactoFlor is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per pack, totalling 53.6 g. Each capsule provides a total bacterial count of 6 × 10⁹ colony-forming units (CFU), from a combination of Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus casei; two capsules provide 12 × 10⁹ CFU. Inulin is also present as a prebiotic ingredient, though the amount per capsule is not specified on the label.
The capsule shell uses hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) as a glazing agent. Other ingredients include potato starch, ascorbic acid as an antioxidant, and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. No allergens are declared, and the product is stated to be free from gluten, lactose and milk protein.

Mandatory information
1–2 times daily, 1 capsule each time, after a meal with an adequate amount of liquid. It is recommended to take the preparation for a period of at least two to three months. BactoFlor® may also be taken for a longer period. To remove a capsule, tear the blister foil – do not press the capsule through the foil, as it may be damaged.
