Description

Instant Mass Heavyweight is a powder supplied in a 5400g pack, with a serving size of 300g and approximately 18 servings per container. Each 300g serving provides 4618 kJ / 1089–1160 kcal, 60 g protein, 219 g carbohydrate and 5.7 g fat.

The ingredients include maltodextrin, glutamine peptides (wheat), oat flour, whey protein concentrate (milk, emulsifier soya lecithin), milk protein, hydrolysed whey protein (milk), flavourings, creatine monohydrate (Creapure®), sodium chloride, and in the Vanilla Ice Cream variety a colour from carotenes, along with potassium chloride, magnesium citrate, L-glutamine, L-choline bitartrate, vitamin C, sweetener (sucralose), Bacillus Coagulans (LactoSpore®), zinc bisglycinate, vitamin E, selenium enriched yeast, ferrous bisglycinate, vitamin B3, copper bisglycinate, black pepper extract (BioPerine®), vitamin A, vitamin B5, vitamin D3, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, chromium picolinate, folic acid, vitamin B7 and vitamin B12.

The label states the product contains milk, wheat, egg (egg white protein) and soya (lecithin), and that it is manufactured in a facility which is routinely tested for banned substances. It is suitable for a vegetarian diet.

Mandatory information

For a full serving, mix 300g (approximately two level 250ml measures, scoop included in bag) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender until smooth. New users may find it easier to start with a half serving and then slowly increase to one or more full servings per day. Recommended consumption is one 300g serving per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. For a creamier shake, use semi-skimmed milk instead of water. Consume between meals, or 20–30 minutes after a workout, or 45–60 minutes before bed. Once mixed, consume immediately.
