HR Labs Defib Advanced Pre Workout Catalyst in Lemon Fizz Bombs flavour is a comprehensive, multi-ingredient powder formulated for athletes and serious gym-goers as part of a training routine. Each 440g tub delivers approximately 40 servings at one scoop or 20 servings at two scoops, making it a versatile option whether you are new to pre-workout supplementation or experienced with higher-dose protocols.

The formula combines a range of ingredients including Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous, Taurine, and Caffeine Anhydrous, together with Citicoline (cytidine 5' diphosphocholine) and Acetyl-L-Carnitine. It also features branded ingredients including PeptiPump™ (Lentil Protein Hydrolysate), Sabroxy® (Oroxylum Indicum), SalidroPure™ (Salidroside), and AstraGin® (Astragalus Membranaceus Root and Panax Notoginseng Root).

Ingredients Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous (Trimethylglycine), Taurine, Sodium Bicarbonate, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Flavouring, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Juniper Berry Extract, Citicoline (cytidine 5' diphosphocholine), PeptiPump™ (Lentil [Lens Culinaris] Protein Hydrolysate), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Caffeine Anhydrous, Sweetener (Sucralose), Sabroxy® (Oroxylum Indicum), Colouring (Beta Carotene), SalidroPure™ (Salidroside), AstraGin® (Astragalus Membranaceus Root and Panax Notoginseng Root).

Mandatory information

Take one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250–350ml of water 20–30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Do not exceed 2 servings in any 24-hour period. Avoid consuming within 5 hours of bedtime.
