Description
HMB Mega Caps is supplied in capsule form, with 300 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 1250 mg of calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate (CaHMB), of which approximately 1000 mg is HMB.
The capsule shell is made from gelatin with colour E 171. The formula also includes microcrystalline cellulose as a bulking agent and magnesium salts of fatty acids as an anti-caking agent. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, though the gelatin used is bovine/animal-derived.

Mandatory information
Recommended use: take 2-4 capsules daily. For optimal results, take 1 capsule two to four times a day, drinking with a large amount of water (before breakfast, before and after training and before sleep).
