Description

Hardcore BCAA, Grape is a powder supplied in a 390 g pack, stated to contain 30 servings. Each serving is 1 scoop (~13 g).

The ingredient list includes L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, Glycine, L-Glutamine, L-Alanine and Malic Acid, along with a Mineral Electrolyte Blend of 1040 mg (Sodium Citrate, Sea Salt, Potassium Citrate, Calcium Carbonate, Tricalcium Phosphate, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Magnesium Oxide). Ingredients making up less than 2% each include MCT (Fractionated Coconut) Oil, Sucralose, Silicon Dioxide, Sunflower Lecithin, natural and artificial flavors, and color (Spirulina). Per serving, the Hardcore BCAA Blend provides 9.7 g, made up of 4 g L-Leucine, 2 g L-Isoleucine, 2 g L-Valine, ~0.7 g Glycine, ~0.5 g L-Glutamine and ~0.5 g L-Alanine, alongside 1040 mg of the Mineral Electrolyte Blend and 5 mg of BioPerine® Piperine.

The product contains tree nut (coconut) and is produced in a facility which carefully handles ingredients from milk, soy, and fish (collagen). It is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets and is lactose free.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 serving (approx. 13 g) with 8–16 fl oz (250–500 mL) of cold water. Use before, during, or after training. On training days, take 1–3 servings. On non-training days, drink 2–3 servings at various times throughout the day.
