Description

Mandatory information

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (approx. 27g) of GlycoJect in a shaker cup with 8-10 oz. of cold water. PRE-WORKOUT: Drink 1-2 scoops about 30 minutes prior to physical activity. INTRA-WORKOUT: Sip on 1-2 scoops during training. POST-WORKOUT: Drink 1-3 scoops immediately following intense training. Non-Training days: Stack 1 scoop with Cell K.E.M. 2-3 times per day. Athletes under 200 lbs: 1 scoop pre- and intra-workout, 2 scoops post-workout. Athletes over 200 lbs: 2 scoops pre- and intra-workout, 3 scoops post-workout.
