Glutamine is supplied as a powder in a 500 g pack. The ingredient list consists of L-glutamine only.

Each 5 g serving provides 5 g of L-glutamine, and per 100 g the product contains 100 g of L-glutamine. No allergens are declared on the label.

Mandatory information

Training days: basic daily dose is 5 g (2 level teaspoons) after training. Another dose of 5 g may be used in the evening before bedtime. Non-training days: you may discontinue the use or continue using a dose of 5 g twice a day. Use the last dose in the evening before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. 1 flat scoop = approx. 5 g. Measure according to the recommended dosage and mix with sports drink.
