Skill Nutrition EAA + Electrolytes in Mango flavour is a comprehensive amino acid and hydration formula designed for active individuals during and after training. Each 15 g serving delivers 6.5 g of all nine essential amino acids (EAAs) — including 3.8 g of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) — alongside 1,000 mg of L-Glutamine and a full electrolyte complex.

The formula also includes AstraGin® — a patented dual-plant extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus. The electrolyte blend features sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium in citrate and chloride forms, helping to replenish minerals that may be lost through sweat.

Refreshing Mango flavour, easy mixability in cold water and a clean ingredient list make this powder a practical choice to incorporate into your daily training routine. Each 450 g tub provides approximately 30 servings, offering excellent value for consistent, everyday use.

Ingredients

Ingredients EAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine hydrochloride, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-histidine hydrochloride, L-methionine, L-tryptophan), acidity regulators: citric acid and malic acid, L-glutamine, flavouring, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, calcium salts of citric acid, magnesium salts of citric acid, anti-caking agents: calcium silicate and silicon dioxide, colouring agent: beta-carotene, maltodextrin, sodium chloride, sweetener: sucralose, potassium chloride, extract from Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus (AstraGin®).

Mandatory information

Take 1 serving (15 g / 1 scoop) per day. Dissolve the powder in 500 ml of cold water. Use during or after training. On non-training days, consume in the morning.
