BetterYou D3000 Daily Vitamin D Oral Spray delivers 75 µg (3,000 IU) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) per spray. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function, and the maintenance of normal teeth — all authorised health claims recognised by the European Food Safety Authority.

The oral spray format bypasses the digestive system, allowing the active ingredient to be absorbed directly through the soft tissue of the mouth. This makes it an ideal option for those who prefer not to swallow tablets or capsules, or who may have difficulty with traditional supplement formats. Each 15 ml bottle contains 100 sprays — a full 100-day supply at one spray per day.

Formulated with natural peppermint oil for a fresh, pleasant taste and free from artificial colours and flavours, BetterYou D3000 fits easily into any daily routine. There is no need to take it with food or water, and it can be used at any time of day.

Mandatory information

Take one spray daily or as directed by your health practitioner. Carefully spray into your mouth or on the inside of your cheek. Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing before first use. Shake well before every use. Use 1 spray a day (pack contains 100 sprays). Does not need to be taken with food or water and can be taken at any time of the day.
