Description

Critical Whey, Strawberry Milkshake flavour, is a protein powder supplied in a 2000g pack, providing approximately 60–61 servings. Each serving is 33g, containing 130 kcal, 24g protein, 3.8g carbohydrates (of which 2.3g sugars) and 2.0g fat. The label also states 5g of naturally occurring BCAAs per serving.

The protein blend is made from whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and milk protein concentrate, all derived from milk. The powder also contains flavouring, salt, thickeners (carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum), an emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), a colour (beetroot red) and a sweetener (sucralose).

The product contains milk and is manufactured in a facility that also handles milk, egg, soy, fish, and cereals containing gluten and products thereof.

Mandatory information

Mix 2 scoops (33g) of protein powder with 250ml of cold water or cold milk and shake well. Consume immediately after training or throughout the day on non-training days. Consume 1–3 times daily. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
