Description
Critical Whey, Frappuccino flavour, is a powder supplied in a 2000g pack, stated as approximately 61 servings. Each serving of 33g provides 24g of protein, approximately 128–130 kcal, approximately 3g of carbohydrates including less than 1g of sugars, approximately 2g of fat, and 100mg of caffeine.
The protein blend consists of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and milk protein concentrate. The powder also contains flavouring, freeze-dried coffee, salt, sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier, carboxymethyl cellulose and guar gum as thickeners, sucralose as a sweetener, natural caffeine from green coffee bean extract, and plain caramel colour. Mandatory information
Mix 2 scoops (33g) of protein powder with 250ml of cold water or cold milk and shake well. Consume immediately after training or throughout the day on non-training days. Consume 1–3 times daily. Scoops are estimate only; weighing scales are recommended.
