Description

Creatine Compressed Caps is supplied in capsule form, with 120 capsules per container. Each capsule provides 1,250 mg of creatine monohydrate, of which 1,100 mg is pure creatine.

The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, using gellan gum as a gelling agent and titanium dioxide and iron oxide as colouring agents. The remaining ingredients are magnesium stearate as a bulking agent and silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent. The label states that the product contains lactose and soy.

Mandatory information

The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Take regularly for four weeks. Once the 4-week period has been completed, take a break from using the product for at least 4–6 weeks. It is recommended to combine with the consumption of carbohydrates (e.g. with gainers). Take with enough water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
