Each serving contains 565 mg of total omega-3, including 270 mg EPA, 180 mg DHA and 115 mg of other omega-3s, along with 240 mg of omega-6 (including 70 mg GLA), 225 mg of omega-9 (including 180 mg oleic acid), and 25 µg (1000 IU) of vitamin D3.

The ingredients are purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies, sardines, mackerel, and herring), a soft gel capsule made from gelatin, glycerin, water and natural flavor, borage seed oil, natural flavor, RRR-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant, vitamin D3 from olive oil (cholecalciferol), and rosemary extract as a natural preservative.
