Description

CBUM Essential Pre-Workout in Grape flavor is a powder supplied in a 423g (14.92 oz) pack containing 30 servings. Each scoop is approximately 13.5–14g and is mixed with a beverage before use.

Per scoop the formula provides L-Citrulline 4000mg, Beta-Alanine 3200mg, L-Tyrosine 2000mg, Taurine 1000mg, Natural Caffeine (from Green Coffee Bean Extract) 200mg, Himalayan Pink Salt 200mg, and Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 5µg. Other ingredients listed are natural flavors, citric acid, malic acid, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, sucralose, tartaric acid, fruit and vegetable powder (for color), gum acacia, and acesulfame potassium.

It is manufactured on shared equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.

Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal psychological function.

Mandatory information

Mix 1 scoop with 8–10 oz of cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Assess tolerance with a half scoop if sensitive to stimulants. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
