Carnitine 3000 Shot, Pineapple is a liquid supplement supplied in a pack of 20 x 60 ml shots. Each 60 ml serving provides 54 kJ / 13 kcal, 2.3 g protein, 3000 mg L-carnitine, 1000 mg taurine and 127 mg caffeine, with 0 g fat, carbohydrate, fibre and salt.

The ingredients are water, L-carnitine, taurine, acidity regulator citric acid, pineapple emulsion (flavouring, colourants E 102 and E 110), caffeine, green tea extract (50% polyphenols, 15% EGCG, 8% caffeine), preservatives potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, nicotinamide, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, calcium D-pantothenate, sweetener steviol-glycosides, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride and chromium lactate.

The label states the product does not contain milk, soybeans, fish, sesame seeds, eggs, nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, celery, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, mustard, or lupines. It contains colourants E 102 and E 110, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The product is stated as gluten free and lactose free.
