Description
Carbo Multi Max, Strawberry is a powder supplied in a 1000g pack, providing 20 servings of 50g each. It is made mainly of hydrolysed corn starch (74.5%) and dextrose (20.1%), together with a stabilizer (gum arabic), an acidity regulator (malic acid), flavouring and the sweetener sucralose.
Per 100g the powder provides 1608 kJ / ~384 kcal, 0g fat, 94.6g carbohydrates of which 24.8g sugars, 0g protein and 0g salt. A 50g serving provides ~804 kJ / ~192 kcal, ~47.3g carbohydrates of which ~12.4g sugars, 0g protein, 0g fat and 0g salt.
The label states it may contain cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, peanuts, soybeans, shellfish, celery and related products.

Mandatory information
1 to 3 servings per day. One serving is 50 g (2 scoops) of product dissolved in 300 ml of water or juice. Use before and/or after training. In case of long and intense training, can also be used during.
